EXTREME TENNIS (Sept 8-April 27)

Get your heart pumping with tennis drills designed to improve footwork and endurance on the court.

If you do not know your level or it’s your first time coming to the Academy, we offer a FREE evaluation for adults and juniors. Please call the club 860-688-1300 to schedule an appointment. 

 

CLINICS

Our clinics are a fun and exciting way to learn and improve your tennis game. There are at least 3 players on the court with the same ability level. Our focus is good bio-mechanics for injury prevention, improving your fitness and learning more about the game of tennis than ever before! We want you to get better but also play tennis for a lifetime! MAX of four players per court.

Clinic Cost:

Members $270 for a 6 consecutive week session

Nonmembers:  $315 for a 6 consecutive week session

Drop-ins: Members $55 per class and Nonmembers $65 per class

Beginner 

Players that have not played or have just started to play the game of tennis.  The focus will be on stroke development and beginning to learn how to have a controlled rally and keep the ball in play.

 

Mon-Fri: 9-10:30 am / 10:30-12 pm / 7:00-8:30 pm

Intermediate 

Players that have some tennis experience but still need to develop better technique and strategy. The focus will be on some bio-mechanics, but more emphasis on consistency, footwork, and introduction to strategy. 

 

Mon-Fri: 9-10:30am / 10:30-12pm / 7:00-8:30pm

Advanced 

Players that have had lessons in the past and have competitive experience. The focus will be more on footwork with advanced strategy and tactics.
